A blogger who was given up for adoption through San Diego County Adoptions wishes to thank a woman who took care of him ( for four months ) when he was in a foster home. The blogger ( Joe Liska) said he was four days old in the picture and knows little about his foster mother " Edna Jeffrey" from the San Diego area in 1960. Joe believes she is probably no longer alive but would like to thank her family for everything she did.It takes a special person to be a foster parent.
