TUCSON - In their latest update to the media, Tucson Police say they are continuing to investigate and follow potential leads regarding the disappearance of 6-year-old Isabel Celis.
At 10 a.m. today, Tucson Police Chief Villasenor said they are still keeping all their options open at this point, and everyone involved in considered a person of interest.
Two dogs from the FBI are in Tucson, specifically trained in searched urban areas, Villasenor said. One dog is training in tracking scents, the other is a cadaver-sniffing dog.
Over 100 officers remain on this case, and their review of surveillance video from businesses in the area has not yet yielded results. Officers have also checked the nearby landfill, as trash has been collected since Celis went missing.
No ransom note has been left, and no ransom demand has been received by the family at this time, Villasenor said.
